Subaru USA has once again excited US customers with the launch of the 2025 Subaru BRZ “Series Purple” special edition, which comes with a unique body color and options that emphasize handsome + functionality, with a production number of only 500 units worldwide.
The 2025 Subaru BRZ Series Purple comes with a highlight: the Galaxy Purple Pearl body color and is decorated with a black model logo badge, including the same 18-inch wheelset, but with a satin silver finish instead.
Inside the cabin, the seat upholstery has been changed to black suede, contrasting with grey Bolster leather to enhance the look. The same goes for the grey stitching at various points. It is also enhanced with a red STi logo engine start button and an aluminum gearshift knob.
The rest of the options will be based on the ‘Limited’ sub-model sold in the United States, which will come with a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and an 8-inch infotainment display, working together with a premium audio system, dual-zone air conditioning, and heating for both front seats.
The performance of the car is still mostly based on the basic specifications with a 2.4-liter, naturally aspirated, 4-cylinder Boxer engine that produces a maximum power of 231 PS and a maximum torque of 249 Nm, the same as before. But this time, it will come with a 6-speed manual transmission, which is supplemented only with the option of a short-shift transmission from STi.
In addition, Subaru USA has installed an additional shock absorber under the hood for sharper cornering, and of course, the car will still come with a limited-slip differential and a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires.
This special edition Subaru BRZ has an official price in the United States of only $35,445, which is about 1,197,000 baht, which is considered very cheap when compared to its special features.
